PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test and operate an electric appliance in a packaged condition without mounting a battery in its body. SOLUTION: This electric appliance packing body comprises a pack member 71 structured with a transparent member and a plate 81. The pack member is provided with the first recess 72 for visibly storing the battery storage part 9 and the opposite front face side of the body 1A of a print label making device 1 and the second recess 73 for visibly storing the inner face side covering the storage part 9 and the opposite outer face side of an attachment/detachment cover 6B2 when it is mounted. The plate 81 is fixed on the pack member 71 covering the back face side of the body 1A stored in the first recess 72 and the inner face side of the cover 6B2 stored in the second recess 73. The plate 81 is provided with the first open window 82 for exposing the part 9 of the body 1A stored in the first recess 72 of the member 71 so that a battery 8 is mounted in the storage part 9.
