摘要 Disclosed is an electroconductive particle, an anisotropic electroconductive material using same, and a connection structure; where when the connection structure is formed connecting across a gap between electrodes, connection resistance between the electrodes does not increase even when the connecting structure is exposed to high heat and high humidity. The electroconductive particle (1) is comprised of a substrate particle (2), a nickel layer (3) formed on a surface (2a) of the substrate particle (2), and a palladium layer (4) formed on a surface (3a) of the nickel layer (3). In the electroconductive particle (1), the nickel layer has a phosphorus content in the region of 5-15%, and the palladium layer has a palladium content of 96% or above.
