The cage (1) has a set of cage pockets (2) for receiving rolling members (3). A set of transverse webs (5) is connected with side rings (4a, 4b), where each transverse webs comprises snatching edges (6a, 6b). The snatching edges extend into axles of the cage for holding the rolling members. The snatching edges are formed such that a spacing between the snatching edges and the rolling members is enlarged toward the axles (8) of the cage on the side rings. Inner areas of the snatching edges are under-loaded.
