<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition capable of attaining an image with high quality and high glossiness being especially excellent in graininess and curl suppression and having no bleeding and beading even when printing with short difference of drop-deposition time is especially performed when printing paper such as coat paper is used, and being excellent in clogging-recovery property even if it is left to stand under a high temperature low humidity release environment and a high temperature ordinary humidity closed environment. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition for inkjet recording contains a coloring agent, water, a hardly water-soluble alkane diol, and a crystalline sugar alcohol being solid at 20°C, and contains one or two selected from the group consisting of a (poly)alkylene glycol and a water-soluble both terminal-alkane diol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
