<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive gas sensor element, capable of precisely correcting the sensor output of the gas sensor element having a cell constituted by holding a solid electrolyte with a pair of electrodes, and to provide a gas sensor and the control system of the gas sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A correction resistor 220, which has the resistance value corresponding to correction data for correcting variations of sensor output caused by the individual difference of the sensor element 10 is connected to electrode pads 232 and 233 through electrode leads 236 and 237 and electrically connected to the VS cell 245 connected to the electrode pads 232 and 233 in parallel. Further, both solid electrolytes 120 and 140 are not interposed on the electrode leads 236 and 237 connecting the electrode pads 232 and 233 and the correction resistor 220. That is, the current passing route to the correction resistor 220 is perfectly independent of the current passing route to the solid electrolytes 120 and 140 inclusive of the solid electrolyte 140 of the VS cell 245. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
