<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a member having a thermal barrier coating thereon superior in adhesion and durability due to a metallic bonding layer which has been formed by using HVOF and has an improved surface shape. <P>SOLUTION: In a process of producing the member having the thermal barrier coating thereon, which includes a step of forming the metallic bonding layer on a substrate 11 of a heat-resistant alloy, this production method includes a low-angle jetting step of thermal-spraying particles made from a high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloy from an angle of 45° or less with respect to a face 11a to be processed, by using a high-temperature flame spraying method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
