<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce electric power energy by utilizing the energy of bidirectional air currents generated by a reciprocating vehicle or others but not conventionally intended to be used for effective conversion thereinto. <P>SOLUTION: A system is provided using a vertical rotary shaft type wind power generator for converting the wind power energy of bidirectional air currents via a ventilation passage into electric power energy.
