<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking plate which is superior in visibility for installing an electric pole. <P>SOLUTION: The marking plate 10 has a marking circular plate 1, and a cylindrical base 3. The marking circular plate 1 has substantially identical diameter as that of a drilled hole on an outer periphery CF. The cylindrical base 3 may have a main pole P1 for marking a center shaft of the electric pole erected. The marking circular plate 1 has a pair of first through-holes h1, h1-h3, h3 facing a coaxial circular marking C defined by a plurality of coaxial circles C1-C3. The coaxial circles C1-C3 define the outer peripheries of a plurality of base-edge holes of the electric hole in coaxial circles. The pair of the first through-holes h1, h1-h3, h3 are provided on the curved lines of the concentric circles C1-C3. The pair of the first through-holes h1, h1-h3, h3 has a set of sub-poles P2, P2 marking the outer peripheries of the district court holes erected. The cylindrical base 3 has a cylinder part 3a supporting a main pole P1 and a flange 3b provided on the base end of the cylinder part 3a.
