<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly perform methane fermentation treatment of organic waste containing a large amount of ammonia nitrogen, such as sewage sludge and animal waste, without performing a pre-process for removing the ammonia nitrogen. <P>SOLUTION: After a hydrophobic porous carrier capable of supporting microorganisms is immersed in a methane fermentation liquid to make a methane fermentation reaction proceed, the organic waste containing ammonia nitrogen is added to the methane fermentation liquid in a state where the carrier is immersed, to perform the methane fermentation treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
