PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-layered white film which has excellent adhesion to ink, matte properties, curl resistance, and conveyability, especially has both excellent concealment ability and whiteness, and which is suitable for use, for example, as a core sheet of an IC card etc. SOLUTION: The single-layered white polyester film is a white polyester film comprising a single layer, which has an optical density OD of 0.9 or more and hue L* value of 91 or more.
