The invention is directed to a nasal delivery device comprising one or more microneedles, and to methods of nasally administering a composition with a nasal delivery device comprising one or more microneedles. In certain embodiments, the nasal delivery device comprises a substrate for administration of a composition to the nasal and/or sinus mucosa, wherein the substrate is non-absorbent and comprises one or more microneedles.
