摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Hierarchical porous material comprises at least two spherical elementary particles, where the at least one of the spherical particles comprise a mesostructured silicon oxide based matrix having a mesoporous diameter of 1.5-30 nm, having amorphous walls and microporous thickness of 1.5-50 nm, and the spherical particles has a maximum diameter of 200 microns. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is included for the preparation of the material comprising preparing a clear solution containing precursor elements of zeolite, such as structuring agent, at least a silica precursor and optionally at least a precursor of an element X comprising aluminum (preferred), iron, boron, indium and gallium, mixing at least one surfactant and the clear solution into a solution, where the volume ratio of inorganic to organic material is 0.26:4, spraying the solution by aerosol obtained in the mixing step for the formation of spherical droplets, drying the droplets, and eliminating the structuring agent and the surfactant to obtain an amorphous material with hierarchical porosity in the range of microporosity, mesoporosity and organized within the range of mesoporosity. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used as hierarchical porous material. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The hierarchical porous material provides two spherical elementary particles with homogeneous form i.e. regular in size thus allowing better diffusion of the reactants and reaction products during the use of the material. #CMT#INORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The diameter of mesoporous is 1.5-15 nm. The diameter of microporous having amorphous walls is less than 1.5 nm. The amorphous walls are completely made up of proto-zeolite. The proto-zeolite is species for initiating zeolite comprising zeolite of MFI, BEA, FAU and LTA structural type. The silicon oxide based matrix is entirely of silica. The silicon oxide based matrix comprises an element X comprising aluminum (preferred), iron, boron, indium and gallium. The mesostructured matrix has hexagonal, cubic or vermicular structure. The spherical elementary particles have a diameter of 50 nm to 3 microns. The material has a specific surface of 200-1000 m 2>/g. The volume ratio of inorganic to organic material is 0.3-2. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The surfactant is a copolymer with three blocks, where the each block is a poly(alkylene oxide) chain. The three-block copolymer is two poly(ethylene oxide) chain and a poly(propylene oxide) chain. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Tetrapropylammonium hydroxide solution (6.86 g) was added to dry-aluminum butoxide (0.37 g). After 30 minutes under agitation at ambient temperature, demineralized water (4.3 g) and tetraethylorthosilicate (18.75 g) were added. The mixture was left under agitation at ambient temperature for 18 hours to obtain clear solution. Then a solution containing ethanol (66.61 g), water (61.24 g) and surfactant (5.73 g, pH of 13.5) were added to the clear solution, where the volume ratio of inorganic to organic material is 0.32. The mixture was left under agitation for 10 minutes. The set was sent in the atomization chamber by aerosol and the solution was sprayed as fine droplets in gas vector (dry air) introduced under pressure (1.5 bars). The droplets were dried and transported via oxygen/nitrogen mixture in PVC tubes. The mixture was introduced in an oven set at a drying temperature of 250[deg] C. The powder was then dried for 18 hours in an oven at 95[deg] C. The powder was then calcined under air for 5 hours at 550[deg] C. The powder was suspended in an aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate (1 mol/l) for 2 hours at room temperature and then for 1 hour at 60[deg] C under agitation and worked up to give porous material.</p>
