<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine capable of rapidly and efficiently activating a catalyst in an exhaust path and improving exhaust gas properties in an internal combustion engine in which two exhaust gas turbine-type superchargers are provided in series. <P>SOLUTION: The control device 1 of the internal combustion engine 3 includes an ECU 2.
