PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooling performance of a stator of a rotary electric machine installed in the transaxle of a hybrid vehicle or the like. SOLUTION: A liquid for lubrication or hydraulic action in the transaxle, which flows along the edge of the stator core 12 of the stator 10, particularly the edge of a yoke 16, is received by a side guide 46 arranged at the side position of the edge of the stator core. The side guide 46 changes the direction of the flow of the received liquid and delivers the liquid to a coil end 26. The delivered liquid flows to a lower part along the coil end as shown in the arrow 60. The coil end 26 is cooled by the spread liquid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
