PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new portable communication terminal, upload control program, upload control method and communication terminal, and to provide a portable communication terminal, upload control program, upload control method and communication terminal for improving convenience of a user who uses upload services. SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal 10 corresponds to upload services that use mail. A RAM 34 provided in the portable communication terminal 10 stores address data exclusive for blog which include an address exclusive for blog for upload and restrictive matters in upload. Also, when transmission operation of mail whose address exclusive for blog is set to an addressee is performed, a processor 24 determines if the mail to be transmitted violates a restrictive matter. If not, the mail is transmitted as it is. When it violates, the mail is not transmitted but a violation reason is displayed in a display 30. Since address data including the address exclusive for blog and restrictive matters of upload are registered beforehand, a user does not need to confirm the restrictive matters before transmitting mail, and convenience of the user is improved.
