PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use imaging code technology for transmission of voice and musical information, by solving the problem that capacity may be insufficient for storing information such as voice and music, though comparatively a large amount of character information etc. is stored by an imaging code. SOLUTION: Information such as characters is stored in the imaging code as a code of voice or music, and voice synthesis or music synthesis function is added to a decoding part of the imaging code.
