PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust cover favorable in an assembling property and capable of providing sufficient sealing performance. SOLUTION: An annular member 54 which has an elongation/contraction property in at least a radial direction, elongates and contracts in the radial direction integrally with a socket-side attachment part 47, and can fasten and fix the socket-side attachment part 47 to a cover fixing groove 28 of a socket 16 (socket body 21) is encapsulated in the socket-side attachment part 47 attached to the side of the socket 16 (socket body 21). Thereby, it is possible to assemble the socket-side attachment part 47 to the socket 16 while elongating and contracting the socket-side attachment part in the radial direction without a process for attaching the annular member separately, and the assembling performance becomes favorable. A bonding force corresponding to the side of the socket 16 through the elongation and contraction of the annular member 54 and the socket-side attachment part 47 is obtained, providing a sufficient sealing performance.
