PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidity in an article storage chamber, and to sufficiently secure storage capacity. SOLUTION: A pair of seat rails 17 are arranged on the vehicle rear side, and these seat rails are covered with a rear vehicle body cover 39, and a rear seat 20 is arranged above the rear vehicle body cover by connected to the seat rails 17. Upper sidewall parts 41 are extended downward from upper end parts 41A of an upper side rear cover 30 of the rear vehicle body cover 39, and lower end parts 41B of the upper sidewall parts are arranged in abutment on or in close vicinity to upper surfaces 17A of the seat rails 17. Lower sidewall parts 42 are erected upward from a lower side rear cover 31 of the rear vehicle body cover 39, and upper end parts 42A of the lower sidewall parts are arranged in abutment on or in close vicinity to lower surfaces 17B of the seat rails 17. The article storage chamber 40 is formed by being surrounded by the upper sidewall parts 41 of the rear vehicle body cover 39, the lower sidewall parts 42 and the lower side rear cover 31, the seat rails 17, and the rear seat 20.
