PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer material which is environmentally friendly and excellent in fuel permeation resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer material is synthesized from a mixture material containing an aliphatic polyester, at least one kind of modified nitrile rubber selected from carboxy group-modified nitrile rubber, maleic acid-modified nitrile rubber and hydroxy group-modified nitrile rubber, and a silane coupling agent having an epoxy group.
