<p>The disclosed fault analysis rule extraction device is provided with an event pre-processing unit and a fault analysis rule extraction unit. In the event pre-processing unit, event groups collected at regular time intervals are, by cluster analysis, collected into event groups wherein the same type of fault can be predicted to be occurring. In the fault analysis rule extraction unit, by associating event logs for each cluster, fault analysis rules that are useful for fault analysis are extracted. By way of the fault analysis rule extraction device of the above configuration, highly accurate fault analysis rules are automatically provided from the event log of a system.</p> |
