The system has a base (1) connected with a seat rest and comprising support surfaces (3, 4) on a top face of a rail. A locking slide (5) is connected with the support surface. The locking slide is displaceable between an installation position and a locking position of an aircraft seat with respect to the rail by a lever-shaped device (6) under control of a mechanical assembly. Lining plates (9, 10) are secured at the support surfaces through spiral springs (11-14). The lining plates are made of polyurethane.
