<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane resin composition that is excellent in transparency and adhesion to lead frames, and has a good mold releasability in transfer molding and a cured product thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The urethane resin composition includes (A) a polyol component, and (B) a polyisocyanate component. The polyisocyanate component is an isocyanate component containing an alicyclic polyisocyanate compound which has an alicyclic group, and 2-3 isocyanate groups, in an amount of 30 mass% or more of the total isocyanate component. At least one of the isocyanate groups is bonded to a secondary carbon constituting the alicyclic group. The urethane resin composition is the one that further includes a polyether-modified silicone-caprolactone block copolymer expressed by general formula (1), and (C) a specific saturated fatty acid.
