<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curable urethane prepolymer which is liquid at room temperature, develops elasticity without penetrating in the inside of a base material, and excels in moisture-permeability. <P>SOLUTION: A solvent-free urethane prepolymer is disclosed, wherein the urethane prepolymer is produced by reacting a polyether polyol and a polyester polyol with a polyisocyanate at an equivalent ratio of NCO/OH of 1.1-3.0, and thereafter adding a 0.01-5 mass% amine curing accelerator. In the urethane prepolymer, a mass ratio of (polyether polyol)/(polyester polyol) is 95/5 to 75/25, and a main component of polyether polyol is a polytetramethylene glycol-polyethylene glycol copolymer or polypropylene glycol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
