<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate a liquid supplied to a plurality of jet heads by a rational method. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid storage part is provided for storing the liquid supplied to the jet heads. The liquid is supplied to the plurality of jet heads through a pressure regulating valve, and the liquid is sucked from the plurality of jet heads by a circulating pump and discharged to the liquid storage part. In this manner, the circulating pump sucks the liquid from each jet head. Passage resistance is thereby reduced to allow appropriate circulation. Further, since the liquid is supplied at an appropriate pressure to the jet heads from the liquid storage part through the pressure regulating valve, the liquid can be jetted appropriately. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
