PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release agent capable of forming a releasing layer which has good releasability and develops superior antistatic performance.

SOLUTION: This antistatic release agent composition includes a releasable component, an antistatic component, and an electrolytic component, wherein the composition includes an organopolysiloxane represented by a specific formula as the antistatic component.
