<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet (for example, plating masking protective sheet) excellent in a balance between the adhesiveness to an adherend surface and the light peelability on thermal pressure bonding. <P>SOLUTION: The protective sheet has a base material and an adhesive layer provided on one surface of the base material. The adhesive layer is thermoplastic. When the protective sheet is pressure bonded to a polyimide film under the conditions of a temperature of 120°C, a pressure of 0.34 MPa, and a pressure time of 5 sec, the peeling strength PS<SB>HP</SB>measured by peeling the protective sheet from the polyimide film under the conditions of a temperature of 25°C, a peeling speed of 5 m/min, and a peeling angle of 180°is 0.05 to 1.0 N/10 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
