PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyion dendrimer capable of intracellularly transporting a protein by such a simple operation as to merely make mixing through utilizing intermolecular interaction via no covalent bond, thus useful as a highly versatile protein transporter, and to provide a method for transporting such a protein in high efficiency using the same. SOLUTION: The polyion dendrimer is provided, being characterized by including cationic groups selected from guanidine groups, thiourenium groups and isothiourenium groups on its surface, having polyalkyleneoxy groups as branched chains, and also in that benzophenone group-bearing substituents are bound to the core part.
