PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase air volume and reduce noise by straightening, in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, air sucked in and out by a fan. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is configured such that a fan 1 sucks in heat-exchanged air, and a partition plate 11 is provided for separating a suction side and a discharge side. The partition plate is provided with: a first orifice 5 and a second orifice 12, wherein the first orifice 5 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and is configured to surround the outer circumference of the trailing edge of the fan, and protrude toward the suction side, with the tip end thereof being an open end toward the discharge side and the second orifice 12 has a colonial shape expanding toward the discharge side, and is configured to be concentric with the first orifice, and continuously connected to the external side of the first orifice.
