PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cast out individual marks to a cast mark-fitted cast iron pipe. SOLUTION: The recessed mirror image marks of the flange face 12a in a core 11 for casting out marks to the edge face of the socket in a cast iron pipe are imparted by a marking device 20 with a marker 24 engraving the flange face 12a one by one after the molding of the core 11, thus individual marks can be easily cast out to the cast mark-fitted cast iron pipe.
