A modular building design technique incorporates modular components which are manufactured to specific design parameters off site, and thereafter assembled at the building location on-site. The modular building system incorporates housing segments or sections which form a kit for transfer to a construction site. The kit components may be adapted to conform to many architectural designs. Assembly is relatively easy compared to conventional construction techniques. The modular building system may be at least partially or fully sustainable, i.e., capable of providing for all of its habitation and/or end-use requirements including heat, electric, water, etc.. |
