The blade (1) has a highly elastic elastomeric coating part (3) arranged on an upper blade surface of the blade. A metal coat part (4) is provided on the upper blade surface on the highly elastic elastomeric coating part, where the metal coat part is a flexible, thin, energy-absorbing metal coating, and is designed as a metal film. The blade is made of metal or fiber composite material. The metal film is thinner than the elastomeric coating. The metallic coating is titanium or steel and includes additional fraction of nitrate or silicon.
