METHOD AND COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIA, AND APPARATUS FOR PARALLEL DATA INTERFACING USING COMBINED CODING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel data interface method using combined coding, to provide a recording medium, and a device thereof.

SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: an encoding lookup table unit including many encoding lookup tables which can be classified for each selection signal; and a selection unit receiving N (integer of two or more) bit parallel data, extracting and outputting encoding data mapped to N bit parallel data, correspondingly to the selection signal from the encoding lookup table unit. Each of many encoding lookup tables is mapped to the pattern of the N bit parallel data in a one-to-one manner, and multiple encoding data having temporal and spatial random patterns are preserved.
