摘要 <p>Provided is a fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine, wherein in the internal combustion engine using mixed fuel of gasoline and alcohol, emission deterioration when the mixed fuel is used can be suppressed by a simple configuration. The fuel injection device for the internal combustion engine comprises a fuel injector (26) having a front end portion (261) in which an internal space (263) for storing fuel and an injection port (262) for injecting the fuel are formed, and an adsorbent (58) which is installed in the internal space (263) and is capable of selectively adsorbing an alcohol component in the mixed fuel of gasoline and alcohol, and on the basis of the alcohol concentration (first alcohol concentration) of the mixed fuel supplied to the fuel injector (26), controls the injection amount from the fuel injector (26) so that the air-fuel ratio of the internal combustion engine (10) becomes a control target air-fuel ratio. In said fuel injection device, the fuel pressure is controlled at a predetermined high fuel pressure during the cold starting of the internal combustion engine (10). At this time, the adsorption amount of alcohol adsorbed by the adsorbent (58) is estimated, and the difference of the air-fuel ratio of the internal combustion engine (10) is corrected on the basis of the adsorption amount of alcohol.</p>
