The device (1) has a gravitational filling base (10) provided with a hollow pipe. A pressurized filling base (20) is inserted and fixed in the gravitational filling base using an elastic pressing unit. The pressurized filling base comprises a connector (21) locked to a hooking flywheel. An integration unit comprises a setting wedge integrated to an external face of the pressurized filling base. The wedge cooperates with a groove arranged on an inner face of the gravitational filling base.
