<p>Methods are provided for detecting triazole -resistant fungi in a sample. The methods comprise evaluating the sample for the presence of a gene encoding a mutant AzRF1 transcription factor, or the level of the transcription factor, to determine whether a fungus is triazole-resistant. Primers, probes and kits also are provided.</p> |
