High-voltage transmission lines 1 are spaced apart by a flexible deformable, curved metallic member 2 having clamps 3 by which it is secured to the lines. The member 2, which may consist of a suitably-shaped rod or wire rope, may be annular (Fig. 8) or of open-ended C- or S-shape (Fig. 5), and may be provided with means for limiting its deformation, such as a rod 4. More than two lines may be spaced apart by spacers of suitable design (Figs. 6, 7, not shown). |
