In order to prevent illicit use of a cell a plastic guarantee member is integrally moulded to a plastic casing of the cell, the guarantee member being arranged to cover a substantial part of the zinc or carbon contact surface. Fig. 2 shows a guarantee member having a central portion 2 connected with a surrounding circular portion by thin connectors 5, 6. In Fig. 1 the guarantee member is shown in position with the part 2 covering part of the bottom area of the zinc electrode 1.
