<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoelectric material having thermoelectric characteristics having a large excellent degree of crystalline orientation. <P>SOLUTION: In a process S1, thermoelectric material corpuscles each having the anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility are synthesized. In the next process S2, an optical inductive magnetic component is added. In a process S3, the thermoelectric material corpuscles, to which the optical inductive magnetic components are added, are dispersed as mentioned above in a solvent. When dispersion is not used particularly, the process can be omitted. In a process S4, the dispersion (an aggregate at a time when the dispersion is not used) of the thermoelectric corpuscles is inserted into a magnetic field conducting light irradiation, and a mold is formed. In a process S5, the mold is fined by heat treatment, and the heat treatment in the magnetic field forming a bulk body having large strength is conducted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
