<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometry instrument capable of bringing inner and outer cuffs into contact with a tragus in an equal state and accurately measuring a blood pressure even while sleeping. <P>SOLUTION: Piping 4 and wiring 5 are connected to an inner cuff and an outer cuff through a branching tube 35 positioned at the end part, and an ear hooking member 51 to be put on the anthelix is provided.
