<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicinal composition containing an amino alcohol derivative or a sulfonic acid derivative, its pharmaceutically permissible salt or its pharmaceutically permissible ester as an effective ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: This medicinal composition contains the amino alcohol derivative expressed by formula (I), its pharmaceutically permissible salt or ester or the sulfonic acid derivative as the effective ingredient.
