PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granulated powder which can produce a porous sintered compact in which a sufficient porosity and high mechanical properties are compatible, and to provide a sintered compact produced using the granulated powder, and a metallic filter. SOLUTION: The granulated powder comprises metal powder and an organic binder, and is obtained by binding a plurality of metal grains in the metal powder with the organic binder. In the granulated powder, when the minor axis of each grain is defined as A and the major axis of each grain is defined as B, the average of the A/B is 0.1 to 0.4, and also, the grain size upon 50% accumulation in an cumulative grain size distribution on a mass standard is 30 to 150μm.
