PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption type adhesive plaster excellent in adhesion and detachability of the release film even when the substrate is soft and a thin-film type. SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorption type adhesive plaster includes an adhesive layer containing a percutaneous absorption agent ingredient on one side of the substrate, and the release film on the adhesive layer, wherein the release film is made of a polyester film having a release layer on its one side, the release layer being made of thermosetting silicone containing 1-5% of a transferring ingredient.
