PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for properly controlling power supply from viewpoints of energy efficiency, traveling performance and power supply life. SOLUTION: A power supply control device 6 includes a control function determiner 25 having a plurality of output change control functions ft, a plurality of target charge state functions fp and a plurality of charge and discharge power functions fe and deciding one output change control function ft, one target charge state function fp and one charge and discharge power function fe from the respective functions. The control function determiner 25 obtains power consumption, power deficit and a power supply deterioration value, multiplies the power consumption, power deficit and the power supply deterioration value by weighting factors, calculates an evaluation value obtained by totaling them and decides one output change control function ft, one target charge state function fp and one charge and discharge power function fe based on the evaluation value.
