PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, a radio transmission apparatus and a radio transmission method which achieve improvement in cell throughput and throughput of a terminal. SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes radio transmission apparatuses and radio receiving apparatuses. In the radio communication system, the radio transmission apparatus frequency-converts time domain signals to obtain first frequency signals. clips a part of the first frequency signals to generate second frequency signals and allocates the second frequency signals to subcarriers to transmit data, and a radio receiving apparatus demodulates the transmitted data of time domain from the received signals. The radio communication system performs communications according to a clipping rate that is a ratio of the number of second frequency signals to the number of first frequency signals set for each of the radio transmission apparatuses.
