The present invention relates to a kit to be used in the centrifugal separation of whole blood or body fluids, and to a centrifugal separation method using the same. In detail, the present invention relates to a kit for centrifugal separation and to a centrifugal separation method using same, which involve extracting whole blood or body fluids, and installing a syringe in a centrifugal separation tube such that the target substance (platelet-rich plasma or stem cells) separated through centrifugal separation can be directly collected in the syringe, thus extracting the target substance with ease. |
