The table (1) has a working surface (1.2), and an air supply device comprising an air pressure main pipe and an air pressure distribution switch. The air supply device is arranged such that a to-be-processed workpiece i.e. window element (2), is raised by formation of an air cushion formed by air supplied through the air supply device. The air supply device comprises multiple air outlet apertures directed upward for airflow. A conveyor (3) receives the workpiece, and comprises multiple apertures (3.1), which correspond with the air outlet apertures.
