Linear compactor

摘要

The linear compressor has a bushing (2) provided with a movable piston (4). A valve plate (6) is provided at an end of bushing. A plunger is provided at an inductive sensor (8) facing end of the piston in such a manner. The plunger is accepted into hole of the valve plate by the compression stroke of the piston. The signal indicative of information showing penetration depth of plunger into valve plate, is output by inductive sensor.
