<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system for guiding visitors in accordance with the purpose of their visit and for adequately protecting a protected area. <P>SOLUTION: The security system includes a database means for registering each visitor's personal information in association with the purpose of his visit and his plan of activities; a visitor specifying means that marks each visitor with a visitor management code after identifying him and provides the code to the database means in association with the personal information and the like; an activity tracking means that, when detecting the management code at the gate of a permitted area and the gate of the protected area, refers to the database means for the management code in order to determine whether or not each visitor is allowed to enter and exit, and that provides the determination result to the database means in association with the personal information and the like; and a guidance monitoring means that provides the visitors with guidance to the permitted area and a warning about the protected area in accordance with the content registered and set in the database means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
