<p>A bollard apparatus for use as a vehicle barrier including a plurality of bollard members (15) a plurality of separate foot members (3, 401) each adapted for ground engagement by placement upon a ground or floor surface, to each of which is fixed at least one bollard member upstanding therefrom.
