A device (1) for producing a pile in a ground comprises a hollow penetrating body (2) to be received in the ground. The penetrating body comprises an axial cavity for supplying a curable mass therein with supply means. The supply means comprise a container (3) with a buffer space (5) for holding therein a quantity of curable mass (10) set to an intended pile volume. Using release means the set quantity of curable mass (10) is introduced at least substantially wholly from the buffer space (5) into the cavity.
